Job Description

A career in our Transfer Pricing practice, within tax advice services, will provide you with the opportunity to help our clients develop compliant, tax and transfer pricing efficient structures that help advance their business goals. You’ll focus on all aspects of documentation, planning, dispute resolution, and advance pricing agreements. Our team helps our clients with a range of transfer pricing solutions including transfer pricing documentation, advancing pricing agreements, and dispute resolution.

Due to the continued growth of our practice and consistently high demand for Transfer Pricing services, we are now recruiting a Transfer Pricing Senior Associate, for our team in Athens. 

The role: 

Join our Transfer Pricing team and you will quickly get your hands on some exciting work, develop an in-depth understanding of our clients’ businesses and industries and get the chance to learn from the most experienced Transfer Pricing team.

As a member of the Transfer Pricing Team, you will work on all aspects of intercompany pricing transactions between related entities, including transfers of intellectual property; transfers of tangible goods; services and loans and other financing transactions. This will allow you to join a well-established and supportive team of experts who are committed to the highest standards of technical expertise and will enable you to gain a wide range of specialist transfer pricing work.

Key areas of involvement will include:

As a Senior Associate, you’ll work as part of a team with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping our clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Preparing transfer pricing documentation files
  • Preparing transfer pricing advice including financial analysis, benchmarking studies and report writing
  • Assisting in functional and risk analyses contributing in projects relevant to dispute resolution and Advance Pricing Agreements (APAs).
  • Preparing tables in Excel of various data, e.g. income statements or lists of intercompany transactions
  • Ensuring that all work is completed and documented in accordance with our methodology
  • Contribute to the development of your own and team’s technical acumen
  • Building long term relationships with clients in order to increase client satisfaction
  • Reporting directly to Managers and/or above seeking opportunities to develop his/her own expertise by taking on greater responsibility and/or more technically demanding work

Job Requirements

The successful candidate should have:

  • Minimum years of experience: 2 year(s)
  • Excellent academic background from a top-tier University in Business Administration/Management, Accounting, Finance, Law, or business related field
  • Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Tax, Business Administration or related discipline will be considered as an asset
  • Excellent computer skills, proficient user of MS Office
  • A confident and positive attitude, focused on teamwork and communication with colleagues and clients at all levels
  • Commitment to providing excellent quality work and building client relationships
  • Adaptability and agility to change
  • Willingness for continuous learning and development
  • Ability to express ideas verbally and in writing, in a clear, concise and professional manner, (both in English & in Greek)
  • Military obligation fulfilled for male candidates
