Would you like to be part of the process of sourcing, attracting, recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding employees for our company? Would you like to be the one that brings in to our company the new joiners?

We are looking for an enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Specialist who wants to help us make the difference!

Join our TA team to:

  • Plan employer branding initiatives
  • Organize and participate in job fairs and recruitment events
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand the needs, the requirements and expectations of the job
  • Manage recruitment and selection processes end to end, including: draft job ads, resume screening, source potential candidates through social platforms and professional networks, screen calls, interview, lead Assessment Centers, make offers
  • Organize and participate at our onboarding process
  • Proactively seek market intelligence to gain competitive advantage in attraction, assessment and sourcing methodologies
  • Suggest new ideas for improving talent acquisition activities
  • Research talent acquisition trends in the staffing industry

Job Requirements

Requirements -
What we need from you:

    • Minimum three years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a multinational company
    • Experience with high volume recruitment for a variety of job vacancies
    • Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Organisational Psychology; Postgraduate degree in Human Resources is strongly preferred
    • A confident and positive attitude, focused on teamwork and communication with colleagues and clients at all levels
    • Ability to express ideas verbally and in writing, in a clear, concise and professional manner, (both in English & in Greek)
    • Adaptability and agility to change
    • Willingness for continuous learning and development
    • Military Obligations fulfilled for male candidates
