At Corporate Finance Team you will have the opportunity to work with and assist our leaders in all facets of a transaction, participate in a collaborative team, with a focus on knowledge sharing and thought leadership, coach the associates of the project team and focus on building lasting relationships as a trusted advisor to diverse clients.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Be a member of project teams, assisting in the preparation of pitches and presentations
  • Assisting in the preparation and execution of transactions, from initial analysis of information to transaction strategy development and execution
  • Participate in proposal development efforts for client engagement opportunities
  • Support the project team and manage junior member towards the efficient and timely delivery of complicated assignments
  • Facilitate internal and external team and client meetings
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key client contacts

Job Requirements

Key attributes of the successful candidate:


  • Working experience between 3-6 years in corporate finance, management consulting, equity research or business development functions of large organisations
  • Bachelor & postgraduate degree from a top-tier university in Engineering, Mathematics, Accounting & Finance or Economics
  • A relevant professional qualification (ACCA, ACA, CFA) completed or at final stages would be highly appreciated
  • Tested financial modelling capabilities
  • A good knowledge of applicable accounting and reporting standards (e.g. IFRS, Greek GAAP, Greek chart of accounts) and understanding of related risks in the applicable financial statement areas
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • A team oriented and positive attitude, focused on collaboration with colleagues and clients at all levels
  • Excellent business sense and commercial awareness;
  • Excellent financial and business analytical skills
  • Client centric mind-set, commitment to provide excellent quality work and build long term client relationships
  • Excellent computer skills, a proficient user of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio etc.);
  • Military services fulfilled for male candidates
  • Ability to express ideas verbally and in writing, in a clear, concise and professional manner, in English & in Greek
