Due to the continued growth of our practice we are now recruiting a Procurement Associate for our Procurement team in Athens. 

 

The role entails:

  • Set up, implement and monitor all procurement processes
  • Collaborate with key people to ensure clarity of specifications
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to coordinate with various departments
  • Evaluate and select appropriate, cost-efficient suppliers and initiate procurement partnerships
  • Research new products, services and potential suppliers to meet company's goals

 

Job Requirements

The successful candidate should have:

  • Excellent academic records from a Greek or foreign university with background in Business Administration
  • Previous working experience (1-3 years)
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of products (Power Point, Word, Excel) and experience in SAP ERP (Procurement modules)
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, multi-tasking environment
  • Ability to express ideas verbally and in writing, in a clear, concise and professional manner, both in English and Greek
  • A confident and positive attitude, focused on teamwork and communication with colleagues and clients
  • Military services fulfilled for male candidates
