Our People & Organisation team provides advice on all aspects of people management. Our areas of expertise include amongst others HR Strategy, HR Processes, Organisational Design, Executive Search, Assessment Centers, Training & Development, Performance  Reward, Outplacement & Career Transition.

Due to the continued growth of our Advisory practice and consistently high demand for People Consulting Services, we are now recruiting HR Professionals for our team in Athens. The selected candidates will focus on Organisational Design and HR Processes, working on projects such as:

  • Job Evaluation & Grading
  • Organisational Structure and Job Descriptions
  • Compensation & Benefits schemes
  • HR Systems & Processes review & design

As an HR Consultant, you will:

  • Be a member of project teams, assisting in the preparation of deliverables, reports and presentations
  • Actively take responsibility for market research on certain industries, companies and / or on developments relevant to the client / project at hand
  • Build and maintain a close working relationship with all project stakeholders
  • Actively assist in the drafting of proposals in the context of business development
  • Understand market & business issues and develop industry related knowledge

Job Requirements


To be a member of our team you will need:

  • 1 (one) to 4 (four) years of experience in consulting or in-house HR position
  • Bachelor degree from a top-tier university in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering and a master degree, preferably in Human Resource Management or an MBA
  • Communication skills, ability to confidently convey and explain information, both orally and written, in Greek and in English
  • Planning & organising skills
  • Strong numerical & analytical skills, with previous experience and exposure in Data Analysis and confidence with numbers
  • Advanced Excel knowledge
  • Ability and willingness to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Ability to manage own time as well as that of other more junior team members effectively
  • A confident and positive attitude, focused on teamwork and communication with colleagues and clients at all levels
  • Commitment to providing excellent quality work and building relationships
  • Adaptability & agility to change
  • Willingness for continuous learning and development
  • Previous experience in Organisational Design and/ or HR Systems & Processes design projects will be considered an asset
