We are the leading provider of Consulting Services in the Shipping industry in Greece, assisting organisations better manage the risks associated with their business objectives, improve their business processes and operational effectiveness, strengthen their corporate governance practices and establish effective system of internal controls. Our clients include both listed and private shipping companies.

 

Due to the continued growth of our practice and consistently high demand for our services, we are now recruiting high caliber candidates for our Sustainability in shipping team in Athens.  

 

The role:

 

 

  • Be a member of project teams, assisting in the preparation of project deliverables and reports
  • Collection, handling and cleansing of data related to vessels performance monitoring
  • Calculation of operational KPIs, comparison and analysis of results
  • Preparation of reports in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements
  • Application of common sense / commercial awareness / knowledge obtained during the project to assess the quality and reliability of information supplied

 

 

 

Job Requirements

The successful candidate should have:

 

  • Excellent academic records from a Greek or foreign top-tier university in naval architecture, marine or mechanical engineering or other maritime related studies.
  • Understanding and/or experience with marine software will be an asset.
  • Ability and willingness to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • A confident and positive attitude, focused on teamwork and communication with colleagues and clients at all levels.
  • Excellent business analytical and problem solving skills
  • Adaptability and agility to change; Innovative, thoughtful and enthusiastic attitude about learning on different industries and markets.
  • Commitment to providing excellent quality work and building client relationships.
  • Ability to express ideas verbally and in writing, in a clear, concise and professional manner (both in English & in Greek).
  • Excellent computer skills, proficient user of MS Office.
  • Willingness for continuous learning and development.
