Job Description

Our People Advisory Services team in Athens provides advice on all aspects of people management. Our areas of expertise include amongst others HR Strategy, HR Processes and Systems, Organisational Design, Executive Search, Assessment Centers, Training & Development, Performance, Reward, Outplacement & Career Transition.

Our team is looking for young professionals to join our HR Processes & Systems team. The new joiners will work on areas such as the following:

  • Analyze HR Processes and develop Human Resources Management Systems’ business requirements and blueprints.
  • Participate in HRMS implementation and configuration projects, including researching and resolving issues, unexpected data inconsistencies or process flaws.
  • Develop, maintain and support a variety of client reports or queries using appropriate HRMS reporting tools. Help maintain data integrity in systems by running audits and analyzing data.
  • Maintain awareness of current trends in HRMS key technologies. Examine trends in information systems training, materials and techniques.
  • Be a member of project teams, assisting in the preparation of deliverables, reports and presentations
  • Build and maintain a close working relationship with all project stakeholders
  • Actively assist in the drafting of proposals in the context of business development
  • Understand market & business issues and develop industry related knowledge

 

Job Requirements

And if you have: 

  • Degree in Business or Human Resources Management or IT; A Master degree in those areas will be considered an asset;
  • 1-2 years of work experience in a Human Resources department;
  • Strong numerical orientation;
  • Excellent knowledge of IT Systems; advanced Excel knowledge and previous knowledge of HRM Systems will be considered an asset;
  • Basic understanding of different HR systems, applications and processes; ability to easily learn how to use and configure new Systems;
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills;
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities under deadlines while maintaining quality of work delivered
